Cancellation Policy for Customers
The following cancellation policy applies to consumers only:
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel a product within one day without giving reasons for the cancellation. The deadline for cancellation is one day from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the shipper placed order for the goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Telephone +6016-2399473, e-mail service@hydroguard.com.my) of your decision to cancel this goods. However, you are under no obligation to do so.
In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if you send off your notification of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation deadline expires.
